These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p67 governing your access to and use of the p67 platform, including all gaming, betting, casino, and account services available at p67.lat. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any bet or wager on p67. By creating an account or using any p67 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

p67 is strictly an adult gaming platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use any service on p67. CNIC-based identity and age verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold exactly one registered p67 account. Duplicate accounts using the same CNIC, mobile number, device, or banking details are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bonus balances voided. The original account may also be suspended pending investigation.
All promotional bonuses offered by p67 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps apply to each promotion and are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
p67 uses internationally certified Random Number Generators for all casino and crash game products. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated betting software, engage in match-fixing information, or conduct any other form of fraudulent play constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on p67 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p67 does not charge currency conversion fees. Withdrawals are processed to your registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in PKR only, subject to KYC verification.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
IMPORTANT: p67 is a 21+ platform. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any Gaming Service on p67. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use p67. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. p67 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Member does not meet this age requirement. Accounts confirmed as belonging to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds therein will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming and regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using p67's Gaming Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing p67 in compliance with all laws applicable to you. p67 makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in any particular territory and expressly disclaims responsibility for any use of the Platform by persons in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you are not subject to any court order or legal proceeding that would prevent you from doing so. You further confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all funds deposited to your p67 account are your own and are not derived from any illegal source.
Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one (1) p67 account. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one account — whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, CNICs, or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms. p67 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, p67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus balances, and withhold or return deposits in accordance with applicable requirements.
To access p67's Gaming Services, you must complete the registration process at p67.lat by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
p67 is required under its Licence obligations to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear copy or photograph of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan, together with a recent self-portrait photograph (selfie) where required. p67 may also request additional documentation — including proof of source of funds or proof of address — for higher-value withdrawals or where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 hours of receipt during business days. p67 may request additional documentation to complete verification, and Members agree to cooperate with any such requests promptly. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed. The deposit and gaming functions of your account remain available while KYC is pending.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and return of genuine deposits net of any winnings generated under terms found to involve misrepresentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p67 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. p67 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You must notify p67 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. p67 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to your account pending resolution. p67 is not liable for any transactions that occur on your account prior to notification of a suspected breach.
p67 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to their registered Pakistani mobile number. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. Where 2FA is enabled, p67 will require its completion on every login attempt from an unrecognised device.
p67 implements automatic session timeout for inactive accounts. You should log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared devices. p67 is not responsible for any activity that occurs on a session left open on a shared or public device.
p67 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards. p67 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time and will update the relevant information on the Platform accordingly.
The minimum deposit to a p67 account is Rs. 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred) per transaction. p67 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which p67 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) the full withdrawal amount must consist of real-money funds, not uncleared bonus funds; (c) any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-originated winnings may be withdrawn; (d) withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible; (e) p67 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of significant amounts or where unusual activity is detected.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified Gold-tier and above Members and within 30 minutes for standard verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time to complete KYC review. p67 processes withdrawal requests in the order received and during standard operational hours, though withdrawal processing is available seven days a week.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. p67 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances in accordance with applicable licence requirements. Members will receive advance notice by SMS to their registered mobile number before any dormancy deductions commence. Reactivation of the account by logging in will cease any applicable dormancy charges from the date of reactivation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by p67 are subject to: (a) specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion; (b) the general bonus rules set out in this Section 6; and (c) these Terms as a whole. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
Bonus Funds credited to your p67 account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using Bonus Funds (and in some cases real-money funds) before any portion of your balance derived from Bonus Funds becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), eligible game contributions, and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms. p67 reserves the right to void winnings derived from Bonus Funds where the applicable wagering requirements have not been fulfilled within the specified timeframe.
Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted based on VIP tier, geographic location, payment method, or registration status (new Members only or existing Members). p67 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by a Member and to limit the number of times any Member may participate in a particular promotion.
Any attempt to abuse p67's bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedge bets designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other behaviour that p67 determines in its reasonable judgement constitutes bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
p67 operates a five-tier Loyalty Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) through which Members earn Loyalty Points on qualifying real-money wagers. Loyalty Points, tier benefits, point earning rates, and redemption mechanisms are governed by the separate Loyalty Programme terms available on the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference. p67 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Programme with reasonable notice to Members.
All sports bets placed on p67 are subject to the sporting event rules applicable to that specific market. In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of a sporting event, p67 will apply void and settlement rules as stated in the sports betting rules available on the Platform. In-play bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation and are accepted subject to satisfactory completion of the bet submission process by p67's systems. p67 may void in-play bets where it identifies clear pricing errors or technical faults.
All casino games, live dealer games, and game show products available on p67 are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and others. These games are governed by the rules of the respective game and are certified by independent testing laboratories. p67 is not responsible for third-party game malfunctions but will work with the relevant provider to resolve any such issues and communicate outcomes to affected Members.
Crash games available on p67 use certified provably fair algorithms. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins and the multiplier at which the game crashes is mathematically unpredictable. Auto cash-out orders are executed at your specified multiplier where technically possible; however, p67 cannot guarantee execution of auto cash-out orders during periods of extreme latency or technical disruption.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all p67 Gaming Services. These limits vary by product, market, game type, and Member VIP tier and are displayed within the relevant product interface. p67 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member at any time where required for responsible gaming, risk management, or regulatory compliance reasons.
In the event of a technical error, server malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcome, or incorrect payout, p67 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore affected accounts to the balance held immediately prior to the erroneous transaction. No rights accrue to any Member as a result of a technical error, and p67 shall bear no liability for losses resulting from your reliance on incorrect displayed information during a malfunction.

p67 encourages all Members to periodically assess their gambling behaviour. Your account dashboard provides a complete transaction and betting history that allows you to review your gaming activity over any time period. If your review reveals patterns of gambling that concern you — including chasing losses, gambling with money needed for essential expenses, or inability to stop once you have started — we urge you to use p67's responsible gaming tools immediately.

p67 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including deposit limits, session limits, or temporary suspension — without prior notice where p67 identifies patterns of play that indicate a Member may be experiencing problem gambling. p67 will notify the affected Member of any operator-imposed restrictions and the process for reviewing them.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p67 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling p67 to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and take such further action as may be required:
All content available on the p67 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, brand names, trademarks, software code, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of p67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without p67's prior written consent. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of any software comprising the Platform. All goodwill arising from use of the p67 brand accrues exclusively to p67.
p67 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available continuously, reliably, and free of material errors. However, p67 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party network outages, or force majeure events may result in periods of unavailability for which p67 shall not be liable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, even where p67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where p67's liability to a Member cannot be excluded under applicable law, p67's total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by the Member to their p67 account in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and other gaming products on p67 may be supplied by third-party providers. p67 is not responsible for technical failures within third-party game software. Any malfunctions in third-party games will be escalated to the relevant provider and resolved in accordance with the provider's malfunction policy. p67 will communicate outcomes to affected Members as promptly as reasonably possible.
You may request closure of your p67 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing a closure request, p67 will require you to withdraw any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to KYC verification). Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days of receipt of all required information.
p67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) p67 has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity; (c) the Member's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory or reputational risk to p67; (d) required by the Licence or applicable law. Where p67 closes an account for reasons attributable to the Member's breach, p67 may withhold remaining balances pending investigation.
Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive account closure and remain in effect.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p67 holds its gaming Licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this Section limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and p67 regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact p67's customer support team at [email protected] and allow p67 an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. p67 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through p67's internal complaints process to your reasonable satisfaction, p67's Licence may provide access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism. Information regarding applicable ADR processes will be provided to Members upon request or upon escalation of an unresolved complaint. The existence of an ADR mechanism does not limit your rights to seek resolution through courts of competent jurisdiction where applicable law permits.
p67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Member — p67 will provide advance notice via SMS to your registered mobile number and/or by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform. Minor updates, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with new regulatory requirements, may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available at p67.lat/terms-conditions and is dated with its last update date.
